So let say we have two bits of information:1 and 2

we can then sythesise 1 and 2 by devision 1/2=0.5

so we create an abstraction 0.5 that hold two pieces of information.

We can then Sythesise 3/3=1

So now we have a higher layer of abstraction: 1, 0.5

Then sythesise 1, 0.5 and you get a higher level of abstraction in one number and you can see the entire learning process. This will enable machines to develop a unique character since it's abstracting it's sensors.
